Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment

To reserve our vessel for a tour or private charter, full payment or an agreed deposit is required at the time of booking. Prices cover the boat charter, captain, and fuel unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any additional services requested during the voyage will be billed separately.

Cancellations & Weather

The sea dictates our schedule. If the captain determines that coastal weather or sea conditions are unsafe for departure, we will reschedule your trip or provide a full refund.

If you choose to cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time to receive a refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Vessel Safety & Conduct

Your safety is our absolute priority while exploring the coast. Passengers must follow all safety briefings and operational instructions given by the captain and crew at all times.

The captain holds final authority on the vessel. We reserve the right to terminate the trip early without a refund if passenger behavior endangers the boat, the coastal marine environment, or the safety of other guests.

Liability

While we maintain the highest commercial safety standards, embarking on a sea trip involves inherent risks. Fjordline Charters is not liable for personal injuries, seasickness, or the loss of personal property during the trip, unless such incidents are caused by our direct negligence.
